Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Luxe Vanity Please be notified that any cancellations made up to 24 hrs before the time of the appointment via phone call, text, FB messenger or Instagram will be applied without a penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hr in advance will incur a fee of 100% of services booked. This same penalty will apply if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment. We may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made without inconveniencing the next clients appointment. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled.
